Flats in Clearwater-St. Pete Beaches

'Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Great location. Layout of the building is so weird, it has wasted space which could have been expanded condos. Hence the weirdness of our room with a "private" detached balcony. I had no idea what that was until we saw it. The only way to see the gulf. Also weird when you are sitting their in your underwear and the neighbors are walking by! Also, neighbors were using it one day, so not real "private". The 200 a day "incidental"...

'Wonderful condo and host in Indian Rocks Beach. We picked this area for the pool/waterpark and close access to the beach. This unit has a balcony that has channel and ocean views. We enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning sunshine and watching the dolphins.We had brought a few beach toys, not knowing exactly what the closet had in it. It has everything from beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, to sand buckets/toys. It even had volleyballs for the sand court next to the unit. We definitely did...

'This Clearwater Beach condo was perfect for 2 people. It was very clean and well equipped…we noticed and loved the improvements since our last stay in 2023. The privacy of the end unit is great. Good location…easy walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. The front desk and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay here!'

'Great location. Had lots of "extra" kitchen items on hand like oil spray, spices, coffee and filters. Bathroom was well stocked too. Shampoo and body wash smelled great. Water front was beautiful and a quick walk across the street was the Ocean. '

'I loved this place it was clean spacious and close walk to the beach and it was a decent price. Loved the kitchen area a the balcony!! The amenities are great and close to restaurants and stores. I would come back here when I come to Florida again. '
