'This is a MUST stay for families of smaller children!!! It's right on the popular strip but at the north end, so a perfect combination of easy access to restaurants and shopping, but not too busy or loud. It's right on the water, so a short walk from the condo to the beach - which is perfect for parents hauling ALL the beach toys, etc. Loved that I didn't have to bring beach towels or chairs (that take up so much space in the luggage) because those were provided by the condo. 'This was a perfect place for our short fall getaway. We loved how close the beach was, the beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway, the beautiful pool area, and all the restaurant options along Gulf Boulevard. It was also close to the airport. The villa was clean, comfortable and exactly as the pictures show. The only slight inconvenience was no laundry facilities in the villa. The floor shares a community, must pay, laundry area. It would not deter us from coming back. '

'My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for just the two of us. It's very welcoming place to stay and nice attention to detail. The communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend for a couple or small family. We walked everywhere. It was a great relaxing stay.'

'The property was great. We were on the top floor. The bottom floor was going through renovation after the hurricane. The pool was awesome. Everything was really clean. The condo was clean as well. The intercostal was right outside the door. The beach was across a Main Street. Renovations were being done on the beach as well. A public beach was a short drive and very nice. Check out a Happy Place and Sweet Sage. '

'You couldn’t argue with the view. Just incredible. The location was also top notch. Beach access was right out the front door and several watering holes in a walkable distance. There was also a Publix grocery store just down the street a few blocks away. The condo building also had a rooftop sitting area which we took advantage of for a few hours. Great place to get some sun and relax. '
