'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. 'Pros: Nice pool open until 9pm. Rooftop terrace. Clean room, a/c works well. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for restaurants, markets, transit. Complimentary water dispensers. Really good complimentary continental breakfast: fruit, cereal, toast, coffee. Cons: Doors of adjacent rooms can be loud/jarring.'
