'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. ' Very nice property in a bad area of Zihua. Pool is small and obstructed from the sun on 4 sides which didn’t work for us. Wouldn’t stay there again but only based on location and the pool.'
