'Bonita Vista a la playa, lo único que luego había que esperar para ingresar al restaurante y en la alberca pedimos una botana y no la cobraron a pesar de que era todo incluido, reclamamos y que si era a la carta era a parte o que teníamos que ir al restaurante, por lo demás todo muy bien'

'En general está bien… aunque los 2 primeros días no me tocó agua caliente pues avisé a recepción y después todo ok. El hotel 🏨 no tiene elevador, muchos escalones y no se puede fumar en la terraza… por lo que tenia que bajar y subir 65 escalones cada vez que queríamos un cigarrillo… deberían de tener una área para fumadores que no sea el portón de la entrada o poner una banca afuera y sombra… estaría bien. Entiendo que hoy día ya aíslan a los fumadores pero somos consumidores como todos....

'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. 'This property is a dream. Our room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the little kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We loved starting each day with complimentary morning coffee on our private, ocean view terrace before heading down to enjoy Jesus’ freshly prepared breakfast in the common, outdoor breakfast area.
