'This is the second time we stayed. We like the Fontan the staff is very nice this time Julie one of the entertainment staff was excellent, nice funny and made our days and each of the activities we participated enjoyable.

The only complaint that we have is that there is a lot of people and few staff . You have to make line to eat to check in to check out to get or ask for something and thanks a lot of time to get it or for someone to bring it to you .

'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards.
You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. Rooms are not spacious but clean and with air conditioning.
Regardless on which side you are, there will (loud) music in the evening. Sometimes until 2AM.
