'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. 'We had a very lovely stay at Astoria Plaza. We chose Astoria Plaza due to its convenient location to the Bayanihan Centre as we wanted it to be within walking distance due to Manila’s traffic. We were pleasantly surprised by the space of the 1-bedroom suite and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the suite. The air conditioning was also very much appreciated in Manila’s weather and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, plates, etc. If we could give some feedback, it’d be to perhaps...
