Villa Donna Eleonora is a beautiful villa surrounded by a hectare of olive groves, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa features four apartments, available for rent during the summer season (from June to September), along with spacious outdoor areas equipped for relaxation and entertainment.

Villa Donna Eleonora consists of two separate areas: the upper area is reserved for the owners, while the lower area is dedicated to the guests.

THE LOCATION

The villa is ideally located on the Ionian coast, just a few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca and the Adriatic coast.

Torre Vado beach is only a few minutes from the villa (800 m), particularly the seaside resort of Pozzo Pasulo, which overlooks the enchanting Ionian coast.

Characterized by its easily accessible rocky shoreline, this small harbor is a true hidden gem for those who prefer quieter, less crowded spots. The center of Torre Vado and the golden beaches of the Maldives of Salento are just a 5-minute drive away.

To access additional services, we recommend a visit to the towns of Patù or Morciano di Leuca, where you will find a variety of commercial activities (gyms, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, shopping centers, etc.).


CAVALLUCCIO MARINO

The "Cavalluccio Marino" is a one-bedroom apartment of approximately 60 m², perfect for comfortably accommodating 3 guests. The air-conditioned and well-furnished interiors include:

- A lovely open-plan living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a single bed.
- A spacious double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe.

Just a few minutes away, you can reach the more popular beaches of Torre Vado (2 km) and Pescoluse (3 km), known for their fine sand and well-equipped facilities.
