'The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. They really provided based on the exact numbers e.g. the unit for 6 guests' stay, really only have 6 bowls, plates, cups etc...Also the communication from the...

However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Goodjob when you set priority to your custimer complaint and act fast. We check in late night, feel super tired, then a problem across in our room and we get to change to another room. We are happy for the service.'
