'Good for value of money'

'Clean room 👍👍👍👍👍 Staff friendly👍👍👍👍👍 Shop nearby 👍👍👍👍👍'

'The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. Even I called the operator also nobody pick up my call. Lastly when I called the reception. Also nobody pick up my call. So I am not sure whether are they having shortage of...

'Keep it up!'

'The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay.'

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Já vrij uitzicht op strand en zwembad '

'Many facilities are damaged'

'The bed were neatly tucked but the bathroom looks dirty and there is no air freshener in the room'

'가격 값 하는 같아요. 잠만 자고 오기에 적당한 거 같아요'

'Room clean and nice view and also near night market. Go others place very convient and call grab easy. Overall is fine.'

'Redelijk tot goed verblijf. De tweede etage is erg slecht voor ontvangst wifi en tv. Ben verhuisd naar de 1ste etage waar het beter ging. Geen ramen in het midden gedeelte. Op de kamer zelf kan wel wat onderhoud plaatsvinden. Stoel kapot, afdekplaatje wastafel weg, deur kast sluit niet goed. Erg rommelig ontbijt, weinig Westerse gasten. Zoals ik zei redelijk tot goed.'

'Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.'

'What you see on Hotels.com is what you get. 👍 Apartment is clean and well taken care of, ac is 👍 too. Amenities provided are of hotel quality and view is fantastic. Plus there are mahjong tables, 1 auto and the other is a normal table. There are 2 en-suite rooms, 1 common bathroom n a small toilet/shower in the utility area. Not forgetting the convenience 👍'

'Location was good! No telephone in the room to communicate No water at all No cattle to boil water I think no clean system till check out'

'the indian lady at counter was friendly. Shower gel has nice smell. Parking convenient but need download parking app to pay. a bit difficult to find the location. google map a bit lost. surrounding no food. but according to friendly indian lady, walking distance about 10-15 mins got a few indian restaurants. we decided to call for delivery for breakfast. grab pay about RM15 to KSL. so u roughly know the distance.
