'Love the view of the river and the mall (mid valley south key). Problem is the traffic flow and why the double or triple humps on the road. Need to redesign the road to split between grab drivers and shoppers who are driving, and to split between the mall’s north southeast west entrance and the hotel.'

'It's our 2nd time here and the experience has been awesome, as before. Super friendly staff, extremely clean toilet, comfortable bed and room. The thing that impressed us most is the ability to WhatsApp directly for any things we needed, like more water or toilet paper. Everything was also brought up to us very promptly. 'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture.
