'This hotel is perfect for family if you want to go to Legoland especially family with small kids. Even just enjoyed inside the hotel for small kids it is already perfect place. Very adventurous with the Lego all over the place and a treasure hunt for the kids in the rooom'

'Sprawling property, well maintained. Some renovations were underway while we were there but not too much of a hindrance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet spread had a good range and also catered for dietary restrictions like gluten free etc. Food and service across the restaurants was generally pretty decent. Areas for improvement are probably in entertainment for kids. Kids club and the coral lounge had limited activities. '

'Staff were welcoming and helpful. The reservation team were unable to guarantee us the interconnecting door we needed between our two rooms in advance. This was hugely stressful for my partner who only wanted two rooms if we could have the interconnecting door. We took a risk on this and thankfully they came through on the day. We would have been so much happier if this feature could have been secured at the time of booking. Thankfully our rooms were in a quiet wing away from the ‘Sessions...

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Decent breakfast with store to cook eggs and also noodles section. The in house video uses all staff for the production - good idea. Near the kotajail and zoo so a worthwhile visit while staying here. Compliment to Citra and Sham - friendly and welcoming. The room is relatively near just some piping sound in the room on and off from room 524.'

'I was bitten by Inserts on my hands and neck and we found inserts on the bed. Also, we were assigned on level 27 and every morning when the sun shine on the windows, it has the air pressure loud bangs sound which didnt allow me to sleep well. The locations is very near to KSL and may eateries. '
