'The pool was a mess and the buildings surrounding the pool need to be torn down. They offer no early check in (even though we were told they would allow one, along with a late check out, for a fee.) Their late check out did not exist either, as we were told they normnally allow it, but all of the early check outs were already claimed for the day. So when they say 10am check out , they mean it. The cleaning crew was there promptly at 10am and no exceptions. Basically felt like a police...

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'
