Particuliere vakantiehuizen in Folsom Lake State Recreation Area

'BEWARE, VERY MISLEADING, NO PRIVACYThe property was advertised as a private, no-pets stay, but there were undisclosed people living in the garage with a dog on site, which we believe belongs to the owner’s son. This was NEVER DISCLOSED in the listing. The garage also has direct access to the house through a door in the living room, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. THIS IS NOT A DUPLEX. The listing also claimed there were 2 full bathrooms with showers, there was only 1 full bathroom and 1...

'Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. Host - friendly, responsive and top notch. If needed to stay longer, I couldn't imagine wanting to find any other place to stay. Keep it up and...

'The host was very welcoming and straightforward, anything that needed vhanging or raised concern they responded within a few minutes. The house was very cozy with a very modern and clean interior. Thr neighborhood is very quiet with an average distant dog here and there. It also had a centralized location to both sets of freeways. '

'Clean, comfortable and attention has been paid to the details.'

'What a wonderful place to enjoy time with extended family and friends! The location was amazing - so quiet and private but close to sooo much. We loved being close to the lake, restaurants, wineries, Costco, and so much more. At the same time, it was hard to leave the property, with all its great gathering spots inside and out.'

'Very comfortable property, perfect for my business team. Good location, quiet & clean.'

'Beautiful house, easy to get to, and close to shops and the freeway. It was so nice to be able to travel with our dogs, and they loved laying in the grass out back. The fences on the sides of the house were a bit short, but we were with our dogs while they were outside, so it wasnt too much of a an issue since we kept an eye on them. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking implements and utensils, and it was a nice bonus to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available for us. Very easy...

'The place was great. No complaints. Couldn't get the internet to work but I didn't reach out to fix it so I can't comment about if it would have been fixed for me. Overall great stay.'

'Clean room. Nearby to what we needed to see family. Don’t use the kitchen appliances. Has washer and dryer.'

'Beautiful home, with great amenities. Easy communication with our host. Conveniently located near shopping, and restaurants. Our family would stay here again!'

'Clean, comfortable and quiet property less than 1 mile from the Aquatic Center. Lots of space for 4 people. AC worked great. Peaceful neighborhood. Owner is very responsive to questions (usually replies within a couple of minutes) and very clear about rules/expectations. I give this property my highest recommendation and would love to stay here again!!'

'This is one of the most pet friendly VRBO’s that we have stayed in. The fenced yard is kept mowed and clean. The tiny house felts much bigger than it was described. Everything was clean and there were fresh picked tomatoes and fresh eggs available. I recommend a stay here!'
