'Great historic property and central to everything in Placervile. Old building, so heat/cooling is tricky, and with hard wood floors, it was a little chilly but extra blankets provided. Squeeky floors, loud door and old windows with lots of street noise, but all to be expected. Well equipped and fun to stay at such an old hotel with so much history. '

'Clean room, wonderful shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast included sausage & egg biscuits, cereal, toast, 2 waffle makers, yogurt machine, bananas, apples, tangerines, and several juices. Nice stay! '

'Great place and wonderful staff. Lots of good places to eat and close to discovery park. They provide earplugs to block out the seals barking. But they are beautiful to see. I loved the view and will definitely be back. Shower was great.'

'Goed parkeren veel plaatsen. Goed Amerikaans ontbijt . Wel mocht er iets van bruin brood bij .Propere kamer . Jammer dat we aan de inkomdeur lagen van blok 3 ( room 129) dit gaf veel lawaai. Maar s’nachts geen probleem '

'Check in was easy. NO problems there. It’s the first motel I’ve been to that actually had a gated entry into the parking lot. You use your door key card to open it. We didn’t think anything of where the room at first when we had to go all the way around the building to park. Half of the parking spots in from of that side of the building in that section were handicapped. Our room was upstairs near the end essentially above and behind the main office. We had NO idea that it was essentially next to...
