Location gîtes et cottages à Parc d'État Egmont Key State Park

« It's not on the beach. It's near to the beach, but not on the island and you need to drive to get to the beach. The owner came to the rental while we were out, which was a bit creepy. They just emptied the recyclable garbage, but it was weird that someone had been there while we were gone. There was a bathroom light out that didn't get changed, and the sheets were upside down and I had to remake the bed. It was clean and newly remodeled. There is no stove or oven, and no dishwasher. There is a ...

« Really nice place to stay and host communication was excellent »

« Great stay, quick uber ride to down town or the airport! »

« This property was everything we needed! It was spotless and well maintained. Brandy is fabulous to work with and easy to communicate with. We stayed without a car and used the Suncoast Trolley to get up and down the coast for 5 each per day. You can walk to St John's pass for shopping, dining and boat tours. The beach is right across the street. There are no high rise units in the immediate vicinity so beaches are not crowded at all and access is right across the street. The crosswalk is...

« Perfect location, quiet, and close to the beach. Looking forward to coming back again. »

« Brandy was a great host! Very friendly and easy to communicate with! The beach was just a short walk away. We loved our stay and are already thinking about when we can come back! »

« My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

« Fantastic sunsets from the back porch!!! Only feet to be on the beach and sand that happens to be easy to walk on and yet still soft on the feet. A hose is located outside on the concrete for a quick rinse before heading inside. A beautifully done kitchen and bathroom with tile floors throughout. Parking couldn't get any better with a carport to shield your car from the Florida Sun and only feet to your door. An absolute 10 for value and ease of access. Thanks for having us. »

« We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and spacious and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Anna Maria Island - walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had no issues during stay, but I would suggest guests to first get an inventory of what the house provides and doesn't provide before going to the grocery store. We had our grocery order delivered upon arrival and I had previously asked the host what type of coffee maker they had and I was told only a drip...
