This recently remodeled one bedroom, two full bathroom Panama City Beach, FL vacation condo sleeps four making it perfect for a romantic getaway or small family adventure.

The relaxing primary bedroom features a King bed and flat screen TV with en suite bathroom. Another full bath is also accessed from the hall. With the oversized primary you have room for unpacking, and you can truly make this space your own. This beautifully decorated condo offers a relaxed beach atmosphere perfect for your vacation. Also note, all linens are professionally laundered between each stay!

Edgewater Tower 1 104 features a fully equipped kitchen that has been remodeled with upgraded quartz countertops. The open concept kitchen area is perfect for preparing a meal or packing up your cooler for a day at the pool & beach! There is ample seating at both the table and bar counter. In the living room you'll find the perfect space to enjoy your favorite show on the large flat screen TV or look out towards the pool & Gulf of Mexico. Pull out the sofa for extra sleeping space. The private balcony offers the best way begin or end your day with beautiful views.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the a full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Edgewater offers its very own Executive Par-3 Golf Course. Additionally the grounds offer basketball hoops, 3 Pickle-ball courts, 10 Shuffleboard courts, and 10 Tennis courts. This extensive resort houses 11 pools (4 of which are on the Gulf of Mexico), kids splash area, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center & workout studio, and a business center. In season, you can book beach chair rentals, pool-side cabana, paddle boards, and beach bonfires through Edgewater's very own Goin' To The Beach beach services. The pool-side chairs are available on a first come first serve basis.

Several resort-level dining options abound! Off the main Lagoon pool deck you can dine gulf front at Oceans Bar & Grill, grab a slice at Paradise Pizza, and relax with your beverage at Blenders Poolside Bar. Edgie's Corner Market offers everything from hand-dipped ice cream to beach floats. Edgewater offers complimentary tram service throughout the resort.

You'll find endless options offsite while staying at Edgewater Tower 1 104 due to its central location. From the minutes drive to shopping & dining located at Pier Park, or the convenient drive to Marina and dining found on Thomas Drive there will be no shortage of adventures. Panama City Beach offers multitudes of shopping, dining, and water activities! Consider booking activities before you arrive to make the most out of your stay.

During the months of June and July we only accept bookings checking in and departing on Saturdays for a seven night stay. If a reservation is booked outside of these parameters it will be cancelled and any payments made will be returned.

Please note that a registration fee is required to stay at Edgewater Resort. This $50 fee is included in the fees charged through the VRBO booking process. The fee provides one paid parking pass. Additional parking passes can be purchased through the registration process.
