'I really liked the location and the convenience of the surrounding area. However, I was very disappointed with the maintenance and follow-up from the staff. There was no maintenance person onsite after about 5:30 p.m., and we did not receive any follow-up regarding the issue with the door locks. As a result, we were unable to feel secure knowing that the main door was not properly locking, and we slept very uncomfortably throughout the entire night. Additionally, there was a horrible smell...

We were told to come back to the desk when we returned to the hotel, as they were switching over the locks and our key wasn't ready. We let them know we would be arriving late after a concert. When we arrived after the concert, the key system didn't work at all, and we had to wait in the lobby for a while before the staff was able to get it working again. 'The staff members were friendly, the breakfast was great, common areas were nice. The beds were decent but the pillows were terrible. Pillows aside, we would stay here again. Clean and comfortable hotel.'

'I ordered a king suite and they put me into a handicap king suite. I have experienced across a few properties now, that when you book on expedia for marriott courtyard, you get assigned the handicap room when the reservation hits the marriott system. It sucks and there is never a way out once you figure it out.'
