Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and spa (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights).

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with a foosball table, ping pong table, air hockey, X-box and a TV. The open-concept layout of the living room and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full private bathroom. The first floor also offers a game room, a cozy living room with an electric fireplace, dining area and an office with a futon for an additional guest. The remaining bedrooms and TV room are situated on the second floor.

It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
