🛌 - Bedroom 3: Full size bed, dresser and night stand package, a large closet and 55` roku tv

🛏🛏🛏🛏 - Bedroom 4: The Quad with 2 sets of 👸 QUEEN bunk beds, sleeps 8 and also has a dedicated work space, lounge area, 55` roku tv and access to the patio deck with BBQ grill, patio table set + covered umbrella 🌂

🪑- Backyard: Propane grill, large deck, table and chairs.

🎮 - Hidden Gameroom: take your time and find this hiding spot, equipped with 3 TVs, game chairs and gaming consoles.

🚪- parking for 3-4 vehicles. Porch entry way with one step. Sorry no ramp access. ❌️♿.

Bus - there is a lynx bus stop just down the street making it easy to connect directly to your desired area

The priority is located on a one way street. There is no curbside parking available on our side of the road. half a block away there is a parking area and garage.

BBQ - Propane can be provided for an additional fee or at guest leisure they may refill the existing tank.
