Very clean and nice place to stay. It was very spacious and lots of room to stay and play. The family loved the pool table and the screened in porch. Location, location, location…couldn’t be any better for a Universal Studios visit! The only thing it lacked was a few basic necessities like tissues.

The location was perfect! Everything was clean. Parking was great. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Proximity to Universal Studios was one of the best parts. We loved the view from the screened in back porch. We would stay here again for sure! Thank you to the host

The proximity to Universal was great The indoor space/funishings were adequate. The living room seat covers were not fitted. The backyard needs to be cleaned up.

The house was clean and as described. Lots of room for all guests. Host was responsive. No issues. The only suggestions we had were to have some dressers or something other than the floor to put suitcases on—we couldn’t unpack because there was only a closet in 3 rooms and nothing in the 4th. Also it would have been nice to have a bin for recycling.

We stayed here recently and overall had a decent stay, but there were several issues future guests should be aware of.When we arrived, the front door screen was broken, which wasn’t the best first impression. Basically just a flap of screen hanging off of a storm door, which also didn’t close all the way. During our stay we also discovered the master shower door doesn’t seal, which caused a lot of water to leak onto the bathroom floor. On our second night, we unfortunately found a large cockroach that had gone through my luggage overnight (I could hear it crinkling through my space saver bags throughout the night) and then was found the next morning dying near the master bathroom door. The backyard could also use some cleanup and trimming due to overgrowth.Safety was another concern for us as there was no way to lock the sliding door to prevent children from going outside unexpectedly. Additionally, the listing mentions a 20-minute walk to Universal, but it was closer to a 45-minute walk to actually get into the main entrance. We reached out to the property owner to share some of these concerns but did not receive any response.On the positive side, the home itself was clean, had good amenities, and the kitchen space worked well for cooking throughout our stay. We also appreciated having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our group.With a few improvements and better communication, this could be a really great place to stay.

The good things were it was very clean and the beds & pillows were amazingly comfortable! Liked the keypad lock so we could easily arrive late. It was a few little things that retracted. Yard needed mowed. Front door screen was hanging loose. Master bed had large brown stains on the sheets & mattress pad. Face cloths had make up stains. Master did not have TV remote. Each bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper - 3 rolls for 6 people for 5 days/4 nights. Also ran out of paper towels in kitchen. Could not find extra paper products. Each person got 1 bath towel & 1 wash cloth (4 of us have a lot of long hair). We also spent 2 nights chasing beeping smoke detectors and couldn't find replacement batteries. Finally found the culprit was in a kitchen drawer. There were actually 2 smoke detectors in the drawer instead of mounted.
