The following bedroom offers a queen-size bed, enveloping you in comfort and tranquility.
Continuing the journey, you'll find another charming queen-size bedroom, offering a delightful space to unwind and recharge. And finally, the seventh bedroom presents a unique blend of versatility and comfort with a full/twin bunk bed, accompanied by its own ensuite bathroom for added convenience.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table.

Arrival Information

Please note that check-in information will be sent to you the day before your scheduled check-in date. You will receive the final details, including the door code to access the property. We encourage you to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have regarding your arrival.

We recommend that guests bring any additional supplies they may need during their stay, as we do not provide extra items such as detergent, liquid soap, or additional paper goods

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your property has a pool, pool heat is available for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the system heats both the pool and spa at the same time, and it may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. We recommend arranging this service in advance.
and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29,95.

We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Trash Guidelines
Trash pickup is daily. Please have all trash placed in the trash bench by 7:00 AM and ensure the lid remains closed, especially overnight. All trash must be properly bagged and tied using 13-gallon kitchen bags and must not exceed 30 lbs. Grocery bags are not permitted, and loose trash will not be collected. Liquids are not allowed. All boxes must be broken down flat before disposal.

Parking
Parking is available in front of the property and street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, boats, and trailers are not permitted on the property.

The community does not allow trailers, golf carts, Slingshot vehicles, RVs, buses, limousines, or party buses. If you have any questions regarding your vehicle, feel free to ask us in advance.


Guest booking must be 21 years of age or older.

we offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis Clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The Oasis Clubhouse is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily.

Additionally, this rental property has a doorbell camera located on the exterior of the home, pointed toward the street and front door. Please note that the camera does not record or store video footage.
