The host communication was strictly by text and responses were informal, difficult to follow at times and lacking follow up. The "jet tub" doesn't work, the property was left dirty (including dishes/silverware/floors). The towels were bleach stained and felt used. The floors are cracked and the carpet was left with stains. There was a cracked coffee mug that was advised of and not replaced. There were NO adult drinking glasses, the AC unit fan was constantly on, despite turning the unit off. The traffic outside of the Master Bedroom starts around 5am and is LOUD. The parking is NOT free (its stated it is available, however the "follow up" guidelines don't work, you can't register a car at ALL and the HOA WILL TOW the car WITHOUT any communication or follow up. This entire experience was STRESSFUL, LACKING empathy and the OPPOSITE of what we needed this vacation. The discrepancies in the advertising led to missed vacation time in Disney as well as missed time with my family. I am not pleased with this "luxury retreat" or the HOST "follow up" which was LACKING in all departments.
