Would stay here again!

This property served us so well! We were able to enjoy time together as a family, prepare someHome cooked meals with the well equipped kitchen and had great and easy access to the clubhouse and pool, which was just caddy corner to the property! The home is not huge yet the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are great in size and comfort! None of us felt cramped anywhere in the house. Check-in was a breeze with zero issues! Innovare was extremely and quickly responsive. Instructions were clear and easy and to follow for check-in and check-out. We were even able to do our laundry so we left for our next destination with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Thanks Innovare! I would definitely use you again and stay at this proper again.

Great vacation stay

I highly recommend this place because it had everything you needed. From 5 huge bedrooms and four bathrooms no one was fighting for a bathroom. LOL! We had a pool at the house and all the amenities in the club house. There was a bigger pool near the club house as well as a hot tub and in the club house was a mini movie theater and a game room in which all the kids enjoyed. I will definitely come back again for sure.

Great stay!

We really had a great time and our accommodations worked out perfectly! The air conditioner temperature at night was too hot for my liking. 74degrees! You can always get warmer with blankets but there wasn’t a way to cool down.

Fantastic Property

Very nice property. Plenty of space, a lot of bedrooms, quality beds and great amenities. The big pool with the slide and hot tub were a hit
 quick walk from the home. Gated community offers sense of security. Very short drive to Disney and close to many good restaurants.

Exactly as the photos . Excellent communication with the host-Fast and efficient reply. Had all the amenities a family would need or want . Only issue pool never got as hot as we expected it would . Would book again !!

Our stay was good with the exception of very small ants on the breakfast bar, the pool was smaller than it appeared online and wasn’t too fond of the propane grill, prefer gas. Other than that very clean and well put together. We also had one issue with the toilet which the maintenance was very responsive to. Will def rent again, thanks!!

Very disappointed!!!!

We book this property in base of the rate 10/10 and specially THE POOL. So everything was perfect, the host was always friendly and quickly responded, but two days before the arriving day I called to make sure the pool was heated because I have a special needs kid and grandma are dying to swim for so long and I finally found a house with a pool we like it. The host at the day confirmed. We arrived three days with delay because flight issues and when we arrived the only thing my kids wanted it was swimming at the pool and the pool was freezing. I called to find out what happened and they said that there is no time to heat anymore because someone forgot to heat it. So it wasn’t about money, they just messed up my kids’ wishes. We drove 9 hours to enjoy something wasn’t there and make my very kids upset. We didn’t have a good time at the house I booked it.

Family spring break

The location is great. Close to shopping, Disney and other attractions. The pool at the house was cold in April. We still got in but I think we will pay the extra money to warm it up and use it more. We went to the community pool which was amazing. There was glass in the hot tub. My son cut his foot foot on it. We cleaned it and took care of it. They closed the hot tub down until they cleaned it and the reopened it. There were a few broken items which I took fotos off as soon as we walked in. Nothing major. Water pressure was good. Kitchen was perfect, everything you need was there. There is a movie theater that show 3 movies a day. They have a lot of activity for kids. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with family.

Family holiday

We loved the holiday home, it was a perfect size for our family. We had a baby age 11 months and a child age 2. For your future guests maybe a high chair would be good, we only ate in the home at breakfast time we were out for meals the rest of the time, but a high chair for the smaller infant would have been a great help. We also had an issue on two of the weekends over our stay, where a home across the road was playing extremely loud music and lots of noise until around four o’clock in the morning which meant we had disturbed sleep on a few occasions, we reported the noise to the number left in the home but it was still happening, just for future guests. Another very small issue was our daughter in law found some undergarments that someone had left, she only found them because our grandson dropped a toy down the side of the bed. It is a small issue that definitely did not spoil our stay. Also the wooden strip along the top of the blind in the lounge dropped down on our first night of stay, yet again did not affect our stay. We loved staying in the home and if we are lucky to return to Florida would definitely choose to stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Really loved staying in this place! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Manager was always available and responded quickly through the Vrbo app. Will definitely rent this again in the future!
