My family and I had an amazing time in the home. They mostly enjoyed the game room my grandbabies loved the games. They also enjoyed the pool. It was also in a good location.

We really enjoyed the house for the amount of family members we have.There were some issues with guest services. As they knew ahead of time the number in our family one would think we would have at least that amount of towels and enough bedsheets for all beds. We asked twice for these and did not get any.Also when we tried to get into the recreation area we were told we had to pay. This was not at all conveyed in the oroiginal booking as it stated all amenities were included.We also had an issue with the house pool heater not working. It did get repaired one day later but we are still waiting for the one day credit.Guest services only seem to respond to portions of our questions and totally ignore others. Also, with 14people in the house it sure would have been nice to Havea mop and pail to clean the floors. We did vacuum regularly but would have done more. Overall your house is beautiful.

Fantastic Home

Fantastic home and as advertised. We had 12 family & friends stay and the accommodation we're perfect. The stadium theater room was great to watch the football games. Plenty of room and very comfortable for everyone. Will be back!! Thank you.

While the house itself was nice and clean the other details of the home leave much to be desired. First of all the listing said the cost of the resort amenities was included with our payment we made already. The day we arrive we learn that it would cost us $35 a day to use those amenities. Which we fully planned on using. I was lied to about the resort pool NOT being heated when in fact it is. We chose those home specifically because that fee was included in addition to the private pool and spa. We paid ahead of time to heat those too. We arrive and both pool and spa are freezing cold. So either someone never even attempted to turn it on or it was broken. We were promised that someone would come and repair. No show. I expect my full refund for what I paid for a heated pool in addition to another $200 for misinformation and being lied to. I could’ve chosen a much cheaper home with NO private pool if I knew I wouldn’t be able to use the one we paid for!

Lots of heavy traffic getting around and in and out of the property. But property close to about anything shopping and dining. Nice place made it worth fighting traffic. Also property had game room, pool, theater room. VERY NICE !!

Beautiful house. We had some issues with cleanliness. Community pool was closed a lot during our stay. You can’t bring your own floats into lazy river and the tubes were too big for my 82 year old mother so she was unable to go. The gentleman ( George )that takes care of the pool was very nice. Was not aware you had to pay extra money to heat hot tub. That was very expensive at $40/day. On a positive note when I would call with concerns they really did try to rectify it and were quick to respond.

The Great Eight

It was nice and it was also scary. We felt like we been traumatized by people coming in and out of the place without our knowing. A lot of damage items was there. We had to make sure that the owner knows about everything that was broken. We thought that we did a good job keeping everything in tack. When we left the property we left everything just as it was when we got there. Still they found some way to charge us more. They charge us for towel and sheet that they say were stain up. We brought our own sheets and some of us brought our own towel. Some of the towel had small stains on them. We didn't think that we were going to be charge for stains that was already on the linen. Plus we were charge damage fee which were $60 when we made reservation. Still we were charge $125 for something we didn't do. I just want anyone that rent from tropical resort home to be aware. Please count and take photos of everything that's wrong even towels and sheets. Check check and check, because they will get you one way and another. Thanks from the Great 8.

Great vacation spot!

We just stayed in this home June 2nd 2023 for a whole week and it was so beautiful. There is so much you can do at the house alone. There were days we didn’t leave the house at all. It was so nice! The house does come fully equipped with kitchen aid such as cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans. It has everything you need to cook so that was nice. I do have a few cons My husband had to fix some of the cabinets bc they came off the hinges. Thank god he knew how to fix them bc we would had been charged for it even when we didn’t break them. The house also doesn’t come with any extra soap, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper. We had to go out and buy all of that stuff. They give little samples of those things but it wouldn’t last a week. The hot tub takes FOREVER to warm up and sometimes it doesn’t warm up. We truly only has an issue with it the very last night so we didn’t really care too much. I absolutely hate that when we got there we were made aware that if we got a noise complaint it would be an extra $500 or we would be asked to leave. I have children so this give me so much anxiety while they were outside in the pool. I booked this place bc it presented itself as a laid back place where we could swim at night and listen to music (not party). I’m not sure if the older couple directly behind the house live there full time or not but they didn’t like any noise and even yelled at our neighbors a few times. Overall we had the best time & plan to book this house again.

Beautiful home and great location

The home was beautiful and we really enjoyed the amenities of the home and the privacy of the pool. Overall our stay was great with the exception of a few minor repairs that were needed. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay

The location of the house is great. There is a wonderful community center! The home is perfect for families. Having stayed in many villas, we were surprised at having no supplies at all to get started. We needed to head out right away to get what we needed beyond what we knew to bring. This wouldn’t really be a thing if we knew (we already brought some paper goods and such, but normally there is enough at a house to get you through the first night.) Otherwise the house is lovely!

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved the house! The beds were super comfortable! The location was not ideal. I didn’t realize going 17 miles in Orlando meant a 45 minute drive every day. Getting into the neighborhood is a huge pain with the gated community. Sometimes the cars are backed up 10 deep. There were some shady characters on our street and a murder one street over the first night we stayed. I would not stay in this area again. It is definitely like a hotel. We were given 10 towels and 6 washcloths and a few hand towels for 8 people on the reservation. They provided enough detergent for one load of laundry. You have to buy kitchen soap etc. this was provided to use with other rentals. They did provide mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very bummed the ski ball game was not at the location. My kids were excited to play it. The pool area and house is absolutely beautiful! I had one issue and the property manager was not great at all. The manager would not return my phone call but another associate did handle it. Be prepared for a 10 minute wait if you need to call them.

Great home minus the dangerous game

The home was great. We had trouble with the wi-fi, but that was easily fixed. The game room was a nice addition, but there is a broken ball toss game with exposed screws that needs to be removed before someone gets hurt on it. The traffic getting into the neighborhood can get congested, Overall, we would get this home again,

Beautiful property

Although we had a rough start, overall we had a great time. We arrived at our check in time but the code didn’t work and we were stranded outside the house for an hour trying to get in contact with someone. After an hour I finally got a hold of somebody and they said that because it was the weekend the phone lines are always busy. They were able to give me the correct code to get into the house and after that we had a great trip. We had an issue with the propane tank and the management fixed it the following day. I also wish they had floaties or any kind of pool toys. Other than that everything went smoothly, it’s a beautiful home.

Amazing Stay

My family members and I needed a place to stay in Florida while my father was there having a medical procedure done and this was a lot cheaper than everyone getting separate hotel rooms. Out of the six bedrooms four of them had king sized beds. The other two had full sized trundle beds. So there was plenty of room. Each room had their own flat screen television in addition to the large flat screens that were in the living room and the upstairs theater room. The theater room had comfortable reclining chairs which was a plus because I personally have knee problems. Each room with a king bed had their own bathroom in addition to a full bathroom upstairs for the two rooms with full beds and theater room. Their was also a small wash room with sink and toilet by the kitchen. There was a small closet like room down stair by the laundry room that was suitable for working on your laptop. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen was the perfect setup for our family discussions. The large kitchen pantry accommodated all of the delicious goodies that were needed to satisfy everyone’s snack preferences. The patio, swimming pool and game room provided were awesome. The driveway accommodated only two cars but there is a parking lot for extra cars only steps away from the house. No parking on the street. There were ten people in our party and we were all more than comfortable with the accommodations. Also when my father was discharged from the hospital he had some place comfort to rest before having to travel four hours back home. If I were to complain about anything it would be that the bed was too soft for my liking and that would be it. A great stay for anyone looking for a nice vacation home. We stayed eleven days. I would and will book to stay here again.

Everything was perfect besides the Wifi not working properly.... Also the maintenance not having the pool service clean the pool an clear the property spider webs.. which are near the pool. The canopy was filthy an didn't get to lay on or use... Also the pool as well. Didn't use the jacuzzi til Sat cause the temperature. Other than that the aura of the Villa was beautiful.
