« This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. »

« Stayed here one night and it was such a smooth stay. Didn't need to even see a staff the whole time. Check in code was given beforehand and everything was so easy. Had an early morning ferry when we left, and it was nice to be able to make a free coffee and fill water bottles with ice and water before taking off. No a/c but it room was pretty cool at night with windows open. »

« The property was lovely. I did not know that the Mansion and pool were not accessible. Our room had plenty of space and very beautiful. »

« Busy resort during our stay, but the overall energy was good. Don’t stay in the glamping tents if nighttime noise disturbs your sleep. Despite quiet hours, we had to politely ask tent neighbors to keep their noise down at 11:00 pm »

« I only utilized the downstairs bed and it was comfortable. I cooked most of my meals. The location, for me, was wonderful: in an old forest. Lovely! »

« We only got to stay one night, but the place was immaculate and it is equipped with all you would need to see the island! It is a suite located directly next to the property owners home. »

« We loved this property! It’s a quiet neighborhood yet you can still walk to town. Perfect place for our family of 4 adults. The deck has amazing views and nice furniture. The kitchen has everything you may need although we didn’t cook much. The master bedroom is huge and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Our host was also so responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions. Would stay her again! »

« The location is perfect! We loved everything about the property and room. Easy parking garage with EV charging stations. Very clean and has a dog park, elevator and awesome common area with a fridge, coffee station, snacks, views, tables and chairs for playing cards. The room was so nice, and we will stay here every time we visit. Top shelf! »

10/10 Excellent

"Hôtel plutôt en centre ville , proche de multiples restaurants Parking en rue payant jusqu a 18h ou possibilité de parking à arriere de l hôtel (payant? je ne sais pas ) Grand bâtiment, intérieur assez typique, à la fois récent / moderne mais old fashion aussi avec ses escaliers, son haut plafond etc Chambre très spacieuse, moderne. Literie assez molle et basse (proche du sol) (ce n est pas ce que je préfère dans les 2 cas mais elle était de qualité) Bar interne à l hôtel avec possibilités de manger. Pas de petits déjeuners en revanche mais la ville regorge de petits restaurants ou de chaînes en proposant. Wifi individuel à chaque chambre Très bons choix de thes a l accueil Un rapport qualité prix très bon j ai trouvé "
