'We really enjoyed this rental, and definitely would rent it again. It is spacious, quiet, well-supplied and modern inside, though it’s in a large re-furbished building. Walking to restaurants and the Avon Theatre; longer walk to the Festival Theatre. Good dining choices nearby .Recommend highly.'

'The description is misleading. This is not a two bedroom but it is a one bedroom with a sofa sleeper. Other than that, the owner is responsive to messages. The unit is spotless and the addition of the outdoor grill is great. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet on the bay with views that are magazine worthy. Definitely worth the stay. '

'The room was very clean. The outside could use some maintenance. The garbage bins for a view was not what I had in mind. The only food on the property was Indian cuisine…how is that possible?? Very disappointing. There was not much to do on the property. The hot tub and pool was alway full and very loud. But we had a very relaxing stay. I would pick another area next time. '

'This was the perfect place for an effortless vacation with our son and his family. It is one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. The two-suite set up gave us room to gather together and privacy when needed for the younger ones. Our hosts were quick to communicate and helpful with advice on where to go for a family friendly beach. Of course, the pool was a big hit and it is nice that it was so close.A nearby grocery had everything we needed.We all commented on how comfortable the beds were...
