'The accommodation was overall very good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — but that was my own mistake for booking a room with one. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid sofa beds in the future :). Aside from that, everything else was great.'

'We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go...

'Lovely large clean property with full kitchen, dining and living areas in addition to the bedroom.'

'Pros: Great location, you are in the center of old town, minutes from all attractions. Large room with full kitchen and laundry. But: this is not a hotel, there is no reception and there is no cleaning service during your stay, we had to get laundry detergent to wash towels and shampoo to shower. All instructions we got from the host were in French, unfortunately we don’t speak French, so we had no idea what to do with trash.'
