Flats in Banff

'The accommodation was overall very good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — but that was my own mistake for booking a room with one. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid sofa beds in the future :). Aside from that, everything else was great.'

'Place was great, easy walks all over Banff, even to some of the trails. Clean, courteous staff, and the grotto hot tub is awesome!'

'Everything was fine. Staff were excellent. Only minor thing was the shower head was not great. Needs more water pressure or a new shower head. '

'The person that checked us in tried to sell us a ticket up the gondola even though the visibility was terrible. It felt like they were working on commission. The room was nice, but it is an aging facility. The toilet required a handle jiggle to stop it running. The TV didn't work. Pizza boxes and cleaning supplies were left in the hallway. One of the staircases had a broken light on the floor.'
