'DO NOT USE THE HOTEL TOWELS! Was charged $40 for "staining" 2 face cloths with make up. Hotels should be using bleach for their laundering services but obviously not if they are charging for aome make up on face cloths that is made to wash your face. Surprise charge, had to call hotel to inquire. Very sneaky'

'All the staff I met were incredible people and made me feel completely at home. My room was spotless and smelled great. At this point I was really impressed. But.. One I settled in, that’s where the problems started 😞 I was there for 3 days. For the 3 days the ice machine was broken and probably longer.
