'Lovely room, lovely bed, lovely view and lovely staff. We just had a lovely time. Stayed during the naval battle fireworks in Olas Altas and what a treat! Absolutely could not have had a better vantage point to watch the show. Will definitely make this a tradition for us when we are in Mazatlan during carnival. Muchas gracias! '

'We have stayed at this hotel for 3 consecutive years since it opened. The hotel is beautiful but this year we noticed the rooms were already showing wear (we stayed in 408) . Humidity is no doubt causing problems, caulking needs to be redone, furniture marked, etc. There has been considerable personnel turnover & pool & front desk staff either have no English or didn’t understand things well. La ubicacion para tiendas alrededor, es excelente y la playa al lado del hotel es buena para salir a caminar y nadar solo que cuidado, ya que a 30 metros de distancia aproximadamente hay un escalon que tiene bastante profundidad y piedras que no alcanzas a ver desde la orilla de la playa.
