The Price includes:
- Utilities: electricity, water - gas for kitchen use
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

The Price does not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of presence of animals (€50.00 per week or fraction of a week per animal)
- Tourist tax (€5 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Children under 16 are exempt).

Villa Ilaria is located in the hilly area close to the Costa Smeralda in Portisco. It is located halfway between San Pantaleo, a little gem of a borgo situated between the mountains of Gallura and the high life of the Costa Smeralda with its marvellous white sandy beaches. This small town is known and inhabited by artists from all over the world, truly a magical place. The property has a wonderful view over the Gulf of Portisco and is just over 2 km from the beaches. Villa Ilaria has just one floor and the private swimming pool is located right in front of the large veranda. There is an internal parking area for 3 cars.
Interior:
The property has one floor. The main entrance leads directly into the large living/dining room with direct access out to the terrace facing the pool. The living room is connected to the kitchen, to a large veranda/portico furnished with table and chairs and to a corridor leading to the sleeping area which consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a second bathroom with shower. The second part of the villa has access from the outside and consists of an open-plan living/dining room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and another veranda/portico facing the pool. In this side is also the laundry.
Park:
The park, completely enclosed with dry stone walls and evergreen hedges, extends over a promontory for an area of about 5,000 sq m. In the Mediterranean-style garden are tall trees, hedges guaranteeing maximum privacy and a lawn as well as two old olive trees and various species of flowering plants. The villa has two large veranda/porticos facing the pool, furnished with tables and chairs and ideal for sampling the local delicacies while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on the same level as the villa, which is about 10 m away, and can be easily reached from the main living room and from the garden. The ellipsoid-shaped pool with infinity edge has a maximum length of about 12 m and a variable depth of 90 to 180 cm Lined in sky-blue concrete, it has chlorine purification, large steps for access to the water and a cold-water shower. The sunbathing area is paved in local stone and equipped with deckchairs and umbrella. The pool is available from the first Saturday of June to the last Saturday of September.

Pets: On request. Euro 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
