'I was in Mazatlán and I came across this property. There was no days blocked off on the calendar for the days I chose to stay so I booked it. I paid just shy of 2900.00 and after the payment was accepted the host messaged me and said that I cannot have the house as there is already people staying at this house. Well I booked this house on December 3rd and because I booked it within the 24hr time frame I couldn’t cancel. So I have been back and forth with VRBO about this issue. It is now December...

'The staff was very helpful and kind, professional. The room was clean and had a beautiful view to the sea. The internet signal was a bit unstable and the remote control for the smart tv did not work. Other than that, my stay was pretty enjoyable. I would return to this place. '
