« Location was good. River walk was nothing. House and yard were cute. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was smallest i have seen even Europes. Shoulders touched both sides of shower. Could hardly turn and i am a thin person. Smallness was definitely an issue.Texted when leaving hours early but was my car was blocked in. No one came to move cars had to back through a very tight space through the yard to get out. I was not pleased with the communication from beginning of stay till the end. »

« We really liked the property and the view from our room. The owners were kind enough to leave a bottle of wine for my husband and I to enjoy for his birthday celebration. The bed was very comfortable. This property is in a great location to get over to St Pete or Tampa for the day! The couch is comfortable and there are two well appointed chairs. « Booked this property last minute for a quick trip to Tampa. Communication with the host was convenient and effortless. The property is a quick drive to airport, shopping, the stadium, and a 10 min drive to Downtown. The one opportunity was the scent...the carpet in the room looks worn and the apartment has a peculiar smell. We also had gnat flying around our entire stay. Shared this feedback with the host who reassured it would be addressed. »

« Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,...

« I have stayed at 3 Vrbo’s in Tampa and this one was the best. Very clean, abundant towels, top brand paper towels and toilet paper, and beds were adequate. Location is close to everything. I will be staying here again. »
