'Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage. It’s really thoughtful of the owners to mow the edges of the fields so you can easily walk to the coast or to Embleton village without going on the road. 'Dove Cottage was a great find. Was looking for dog friendly accommodation close by to Druridge Bay for a race that weekend and this was perfect. Plenty of parking, next to The Railway Inn pub, lovely camping site and the cottage was lovely. Very spacious, nicely decorated and the facilities that were provided were much more than expected. 'Ideally located for Hadrian's Wall walkers and next to Milecastle Inn, we enjoyed one night's stay here. Very comfortable and we would probably choose to stay here for several nights if walking the national trail again. '

'Excellent cottage in great location, very close to town but quietly tucked away. Everything you need for a stay, all fixtures and fittings of good quality. Only minor niggle is limited windows that open and shower was very slow to drain otherwise highly recommended.'

'Situated in a good location, in a quite village, with easy access to all that Northumberland has to offer. The property was clean and had all the facilities that you need, nicely furnished, comfy beds, great powerful shower. Plenty of games, videos, and TV (2). Property had some nice decorative touches. well equipped kitchen. Helpful hosts with good communication.'
