« When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. « I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. « Such a wonderful place to stay. The owner was so great and easy to communicate with and answered all my questions very timely. The unit is perfect, has an attached garage, big tv and fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend and will be back again for sure! 10 stars! »

« Very cute place, didn't realize there would be steep stairs but it was fine. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down.
