« When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. « The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. « Such a wonderful place to stay. The owner was so great and easy to communicate with and answered all my questions very timely. The unit is perfect, has an attached garage, big tv and fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend and will be back again for sure! 10 stars! »

« Very cute place, didn't realize there would be steep stairs but it was fine. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down. « My stay sas great although there were some hiccups along the way. Our host jay stayed communicative throughout the whole stay even compensating me when my stay didn’t turn out I’d hoped. All in all a great place and better host. 10/10 »
