'A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

'The property was perfect for what I needed, and standard was okay. But the cleanliness was quite poor! The cups that had clearly not been used for a while had old stained crusty marks and the dust and cobwebs were quite bad. The bedding and towels were clean and it’s a nice place but yes the cleaners need to pay more attention to detail. '

'Arrived in the evening and property was cold! Heating not very effective. Also located on a busy road - although once inside noise was limited. As a ground floor property you are affected by flat upstairs and general movements. '

'Great location. Super clean and upgraded facility. Plenty of space for 3 people. Excellent communication with the host. Packing garage was a challenge for our volvo station wagon but with stiff nerves and guts we did get it in with the outside mirrors closed 😥'
