'I was scared st first cause the reviews aren’t great, but I thought this place was lovely. Really clean, spacious apartment. Awesome location. They didn’t give me an access code for the apartment at first, but then I called them and they made me a new code. Took like 5 minutes. '

'This upscale apartment sits in between 2 of the best blocks in the Domain - Domain Drive and Rock Rose Ave. All the best restaurants and shops were in walking distance- highly recommend 60 Vines and Mias Tapas Bar. The apartment itself had everything- super soft bed/linens, plenty of K-cup coffees, and even included a clothing steamer which was an added bonus if you are packing nicer clothes. 'I booked an apartment a few days earlier which was not active, vrbo was fine to work with and issued a refund. This was intended to be a replacement for that fumbled rental. It was also a bad listing or scam. Never got ahold of the apartment manager and couldn’t check in. VRBO said they would give me information to handle a refund but have yet to do so. That’s 2 bad apartments in 2 attempts in 3 days. Vrbo needs to do a better job of managing their inventory and their refund process is so bad...

"Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy parking in their garage (they give you a permit to display on your dash). Good breakfast. Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. I don't know about you but at home I don't go 2 weeks without vacuuming or changing the sheets."
