'On line host was helpful but the absence of any owner rep on site was not reassuring, especially spending 20 minutes finding the right apartment in the dark on arrival. I disliked the threats about car being towed if one failed to fill in a daily questionnaire. '

'My brother was very comfortable! He enjoyed the last sachet of Christmas tea :).I appreciate how communicable and available his host was, especially when my brother forgot a couple of items and was able to go back a few hours later to retrieve them!'

'The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced....
