It includes 2 bedrooms with 1 comfy queen bed and 1 comfy full bed, a newly renovated bathroom and a new kitchen. Beautiful dining set so you can enjoy a nice dinner with your loved ones, and a big TV in the living room.

2 blocks from the beach, a short walk to one of nicest local breweries in town and a beautiful park minutes away also! Many restaurants a mile and half away or less.

The laundry room is communal.

Bedroom 1: First Bedroom has a queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a Full size bed
There is one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Even a clothes line over the tub to dry bathing suites.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 65" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Guest access
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Quiet hours run from 11pm - 8am (this is a multi-unit, family friendly property)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• This building is monitored by external security cameras
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.

Check-out Instructions:
- Check-out is 11am
- Clean the dishes & return them
- Turn TV off
- Put all dirty towels in the tub
-Put dirty sheets on top of the bed.
- Leave AC on at 75 in summer and heat on at 65 in winter
- Lock the door behind you by tapping the screen.
