« We booked Memorial Day weekend to help our daughter move to another place near this VRBO. Everything was perfect. The location was just a few minute walk to our daughter’s place, two places to get coffee, and several excellent restaurants. The property has a very good feel to it and truly made us feel at home. « Bedding and baths were clean. Leftover personal items. The entire kitchen and bath floors were sticky, there was pizza boxes, leftover food in pantry and the appliances were not clean. The furniture was in disrepair and stained as well as the rug. Many photos and reports were made with no response. The access code did not work upon arrival. « We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend »
