« We booked Memorial Day weekend to help our daughter move to another place near this VRBO. Everything was perfect. The location was just a few minute walk to our daughter’s place, two places to get coffee, and several excellent restaurants. The property has a very good feel to it and truly made us feel at home. « This is the perfect location. We will be renting this condo again if we ever come into town for concerts in Austin completely clean and updated and House everything you’d possibly need in walking distance of everything so that location was Prime. »

« We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend »

« Great place! My daughter and I loved the decor, and you simply cannot get a better location than this. Walk downhill 3 min. or ride 1 min. by bike to the back gate at Barton Springs Pool (unfortunately closed during our visit). From here, the hike and bike trails unlock Zilker & Austin without traffic, in shade most of the day. There's a corner store with a pizzeria next door for necessities. The condo is cozy and easy to access, communication was great, and we had no complaints about the stay. »
