'Our group had eight adults and 11 kids. This was the best hotel for our time in Austin. We got units 4 & 5. The two kitchens and two living rooms were perfect for the adults to have one side and the kids to have the other. The price was more than fair for how much room we got. Plenty of things to walk to, especially food and drink wise. Only warning is if you want a quiet hotel at night, then you might look elsewhere. 'Right off the highway, easy to find. Maintained outdoors but does carry its own character and odor indoors. Rooms were good size, had full kitchen, table, closet space. They did have a laundry on the first floor, an elevator and available stairs. The bedding did have stains, some burn holes, and the room smelt like it once was a smokers at some point, which wasnt overpowering, but it was there. 'Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. 'First room we were placed in smelt like an ash tray from the 70s. Then we were moved to a room with a toilet that didn’t flush properly. It required a pitcher of water to be poured into the back for every flush. I told them the evening we got there and then the next morning again. Someone came up at 10:30 to hand me a plunger.
