'We had a lovely time! Great location and friendly, communicative host. We felt right at home.'

'great place with everything we needed.'

'Perfect house'

'Only reason I'm giving four stars is because there's a pet fee that wasn't listed/communicated up front. But that's not a big deal, everything else about this listing is phenomenal! Even had Ale8 waiting for us upon arrival, made my day. Everything's very straightforward and we loved having a king size bed as well as a GREAT yard for our dogs.'

'Great location and access to downtown, easy parking, clean and plenty of space. Would stay again! 5/5'

'Lots of students in the alley at night. Homeless walking by. one fairly large window into the kitchen outside the bedroom had no window covering which felt very exposed during the night. Especially with kids an homeless walking around. Laundry was great and what we needed but it was upstairs. living room very dark. so ok place but pricey.'

'interior was very nice, toiletries etc were exceptional! driving up and seeing the property, I was about ready to turn around and go back, it was pathetic. took a few minutes to locate the driveway, and parking was very tight. but knowing what to expect next time, I would return'

'Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed staying there. The communication with Jason was excellent. Instructions and explanations at the house were clear and concise. We had a great experience. Thank You!'

'Nothing above and beyond and likewise nothing totally unacceptable. The pool is small and not really for adults. Would be nice to have been stocked with more paper towels and kitchen towels since we were cooking every night. Overall, a totally acceptable rental.'
