"The hotel is beautiful and we have stayed before, but this time it was not very clean (hairs left on bathroom floor), the bed was uncomfortable, and the food in the restaurant was just OK, not as good as we expected."

"Couldn't work TV had to have Maintenance set it to the channel we wanted. Wifi wouldn't connect without signing up for Choice Honors Breakfast ended at 9:AM So we got Nothing Plus the Pool was broken. This was the 2nd Clairion in a row that we will not go back to."
