'The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. We were woken up at 6 AM in the morning with loud drilling in the sound of trucks backing up. The renovations don’t look like they are going to be completed anytime soon. We were put in a room that backed onto the renovations and it was an eyesore. Was also loud drilling in the room next-door to us, which resulted in an uncomfortable stay. The waterpark is the selling feature which looks better in pictures than in real life. But the kids enjoyed...

'This was our 2nd time staying here! The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! We really enjoyed the spool (spa pool)! We used it almost every evening, the only downfall was my swim bottoms got discolored/bleached from being in the water. So maybe the chemical level is too high. Our room was on the top floor, so the only noise we heard was from the road and occasionally from the guests in the room next to us! I would recommend requesting a room on the top floor, and ideally facing the gold...

'Stayed here because the JW was sold out for an event. The studio was perfectly adequate and within easy walking distance from JW. Very quiet and pleasant. '
