'The pool was a little chilly but refreshing on a hot day. Everything else was perfect. New hotel with a friendly staff. Everything was clean and fresh. '

'We booked through Expedia and paid an increased rate for a room with a couch and kitchenette. When we checked in, we actually got a worse room than the basic king room. No pullout couch, no chair, no kitchenette (only a fridge), no microwave, stove, etc. We got put in a handicap room with a small shower with a fabric shower curtain (instead of the large glass shower). The staff informed us they were sold out, no other rooms available. The hotel blames Expedia, Expedia blames the hotel. I’m not...

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'I needed to stay in the North PHX area for work meetings. The location was convenient and offered all of the things I needed in a hotel. The bed was comfortable, there was work area, the WiFi was solid and the coffee was good. Great value for a mid week work trip. '

'The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. '

'Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this...

'The hotel was good, except for our entire floor reeked so very bad like curry. I would have gave more stars for cleanliness but the smell becomes sickening with how strong and constant it is. There are people who are here from out of country who are clearly living in this hotel so it has become a little community for them there which made us uncomfortable like we were in their home. I personally would not recommend or stay at this hotel again for this reason alone. Other than that, the staff...
