'Fantastic accommodations for my wife’s 60th birthday party. The cabanas were awesome with very large living room with TV & great furniture with a very large bathroom too…HVAC was awesome to have for some of the older people that joined. The water park & lazy river were also a hit with kids and adults alike. Tia Carmen put on an amazing dinner for (40) probably the best steak & potato with absolutely the most amazing mole sauce I’ve ever had…all in all this place is a home run. It’s expensive but...

'I stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday and the place was so beautiful! Perfect photo opportunities if needed. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was also good. I booked the one bedroom suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. If you do rent a car the parking is very easy to access and not far of a walk from the front door, they also have a valet service if needed. Definitely lived up to my expectations!'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'
