GUEST ACCESS As guests, you will have access to the entire house except the following: small pantry by the kitchen, laundry room storage and garage. There are some locked closets and cupboards for private storage.
Our property is located at a high elevation. During winter months there may be snow storms that can affect the accessibility to the home. Four wheel drive may be required.
There can be fire dangers in our area. The only outdoor fires allowed are in the propane fire pit. During high fire season the fire pit is off limits.
During fire season and winter months there may be unexpected power outages. Hosts will communicate if there are any preplanned outages. There is a propane generator that will click on to provide power if an unplanned power outage should occur during your trip.
IMPORTANT: We have two security cameras that face the driveway and the back of the house. There is also a ring doorbell camera.
