Flats in Ninth Ward

'Easy access with door codes. Clean. Firm mattress. High ceilings are great. Kitchen/living room is nicely done--but so very dark (no windows--there are, of course, lights). Bedroom is airy and bright. Loved the jetted tub. 10 AM checkout is a bit early (most places we stay have 11:00)-- but overall, a great stay. Thanks.'

'The space was huge and perfect for my family. Everyone had their own space, and the location was nice — centrally located and easy to get to the Quarter. Free street parking was also a lovely bonus, and we never had difficulty finding a spot. Thank you for a great stay!!'

'The seating and furnishings for this property are for 3 people only, there is no desk or work table, and the kitchen was as spartan as any place I can imagine. We typically stay at vacation rentals or hotels with a kitchenette. I’m used to better. This place had 3 coffee mugs, 5 spoons, 3 stools around the only table…. In a property I rented for 4 people! (We ended up being 2 people, but still). We had to hand wash things every day. Sofa was uncomfortable. Not a single real chair except for side...

'Beautiful condo - spacious, clean, nicely decorated with nice backyard. The area is in transition with a lot of new housing going up, but there are still remnants of a tough area. Wouldn’t walk at night alone, although we did feel safe inside.'
