'profesional service nya bagus'

'Zeer gastvrij persineel.

'Het eten a la cart was ronduit slecht. '

'Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. I also found the check-in process strange. Although I booked and paid for my own room, the front desk staff allowed my dad to sign my paperwork instead of asking me to sign it myself. Accessing the pool and gym was also inconvenient....

'Bedding, floor cleaning, little lighting near mirrors, no soap at sink, toilet paper holder awkwardly placed '

'The members of the staff were very friendly and kind to us.'

'Good location Overall acceptable'

'the room was clean and tidy'
