'profesional service nya bagus'

'Schone kamer en top ontbijt aan keuze, gym en chill pool aanwezig.'

'Friendly staff. Clean rooms and an awesome pool! I had a great stay.'

'Location is convenient, bathroom n kitchen is a bit old( cause water?),towel like a woodbark(?) room is clean, I no need wait too long to get my room..'

'Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. I also found the check-in process strange. Although I booked and paid for my own room, the front desk staff allowed my dad to sign my paperwork instead of asking me to sign it myself. Accessing the pool and gym was also inconvenient....

'Soms te duur. Maar een goed hotel dichtbij PTC en The Loop and Waterplace.'

'The room not to clean. The property items/utility less and some of them broken. '

'Every thing was bad .'
