"Fantastische accomodatie op een toplocatie. Werkelijk een uitstekende servicegraad. Letterlijk ieder stafflid is attent, vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Complimenten. Ik kan geen enkel verbeterpunt noemen. Prijs-kwaliteit is in verhouding met hetgeen wordt geboden. Ik kan dit hotel zondermeer aanraden "

"Fijn hotel, voor ons slechts als aankomst. Mooie upgrade naar een ruime kamer. "

"Locatie / uitzicht is uitstekend, vind alleen prijs / kwaliteit niet in de juiste verhouding. Voor de kosten per nacht die je betaald verwacht ik meer comfort en service. Op de kamer alleen oploskoffie aanwezig en kleine minibar. Het "inloop" restaurant had op zich prima eten, maar iedere dag helzelfde. De andere 2 restaurants (miramare en momenti) zeker aan te raden, maar ook behoorlijk aan de prijs voor wat je krijgt. Hotel mag ook wel een opknapbeurt krijgen. Verf op balkon bladert bijvoorbeeld. "

"We stayed 15 nights in this hotel. The hotel was very nice it was super clean everywhere! The saunas, the turkish bath, the jacuzzi, the swimming pools are all excellent and clean. The breakfast was very good only the coffee was bad because it was always luke warm only the last three days the coffee was warm but I like my coffee hot! The evening buffet was excellent the price and quality of the food was very good compare with all restaurants in the neighborhood! Only one flaw about the hotel though. In my humble opinion in the evening buffet it is difficult to have something to drink I think because the waitres/waiter needs more instruction how to serve guests during dinner time and also during breakfast to serve guests with hot coffee. In the morning people need hot coffee first!!"
