This house had everything we needed, was well furnished, and perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The inside looks like it was newly remodeled and well-maintained year round. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils. If you need caffeine in the morning, there is a cute coffee stand with individual pods, sugar, and creamer. There is also enough fridge and cabinet storage space for your food, drinks, and snacks. The bedrooms were neat, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Just a note, only two bedrooms had accessible closet space but that wasn't a deal breaker for us since we kept most of our stuff in our suitcases. The bathrooms were impressively clean and just had the necessary toiletries such as Shampoo, Body Wash, TP, Hand Soap, and a Blow Dryer in both bathrooms. The location is in the middle of Little Saigon so there were plenty of options for groceries or eatinf out. And we were a few minutes away from Disney, Knott's, or the freeway so it was easy to get around. While the house is on somewhat of a busy street, you can pull into the driveway that leads into a huge backyard. And it's fenced off so our dogs had plenty of room to runaround. I appreciate the communication from the owner and being up front with the Do's and Dont's of the property. Checking in and out was easy. If we could, we would definitely try to rent this property again.
