The Hotel

1 Hotel South Beach is a unique echo inspired five star luxury destination for the sophisticated traveler. It boasts 600 feet of pristine sandy beaches along the Atlantic coastline. There are multiple culinary venues on property each with its own signature menu. For your convenience food and beverage service is also available at the pool and beach.

The hotel also features four pools including the adults-only rooftop pool. The beach and the rooftop pool offer our guests a designated private area where staff will cater to your every need.

For families traveling with children ages 4-12 the 1 Hotel offers Seedlings, a nature focussed day camp experience.

To further unwind after day in the sun make an appointment to pamper yourself in the serenity of the Bamford Spa, or work off your day in the 14,000 sq. ft. Anatomy Gym or at the chic SoulCycle spinning studio.

Guests of the 1 Hotel Residences share the same guest access to all hotel amenities and facilities with the exception of In-Room Dinning and Daily Housekeeping. we are pleased to provide the following for a fee based on availability. An advanced reservation is required.

Baby crib: $30/night
Pack & Play: $30/night
High Chair: $15/night

Turnaround Service is available for a fee of $100 per service and must be requested in advance; this includes making beds, replacing towels, removing trash, and light cleaning. A full cleaning service is also available during your stay at a cost of $200 for one-bedroom units and $250 for two-bedroom units, which includes replacement of all linens and towels as well as full bathroom and kitchen cleaning. For reservations of seven (7) days or more, a weekly full cleaning service is mandatory to ensure continued comfort and a pristine environment throughout your stay. All applicable cleaning fees will be collected after the booking has been confirmed.

Designated Pet Area

The property has recently completed a designated pet area on the south side of the building (along the 23rd street path to the beach).

To ensure that our dog park remains a pleasant space for all residents and their four-legged companions, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following rules:



Use the Designated Dog Park Area Only:

Please utilize the designated dog park area exclusively for your dog's bathroom needs.
This helps in maintaining cleanliness throughout the rest of the community.

- Please refrain from allowing your pets to use the 1 Homes Front Entrance area to relieve themselves.
- Clean Up After Your Dog: Always pick up after your dog and properly dispose of any waste in the provided receptacles. This not only keeps the dog park clean but also prevents the spread of diseases and maintains a safe environment for everyone.
-Respect Quiet Hours: Be mindful of noise levels, especially during early morning and late evening hours. While dogs are welcome to enjoy the park at any time, excessive barking may disturb other residents.
-Supervise Your Dog: Keep a watchful eye on your dog at all times and ensure they are behaving appropriately. This helps prevent any conflicts with other dogs or residents.

Parking

For reservations of 30 days or less, valet parking is $65 + Taxes/night (with in and out privileges). Please note price can change at any moment.

Complimentary Car Service

Guest can move around Miami Beach using the free Audi E-Tron car, available on a first come first served basis, exclusively to the residence's guests (within a 3-mile radius from the hotel)

This is a privately owned unit inside the 1 Hotel and Homes. To report any maintenance issues, you can let us know asap. We are available everyday from 8am to 9pm for any questions or concerns. We are available 24/7 in case of emergencies.

HOTEL RESORT FEE

There is a resort fee of $66 + Taxes per night per room, payable by the guest at check-in. The resort fee will grant you access to all amenities listed below. Also, Front desk will authorize your credit card for $200/day (up to 7 days), to cover for any incidentals and Misc charges.

Four swimming pools, hot tub, free beach service with umbrellas and chairs (first come first serve), hotel restaurants and bars, kid's club (for an additional fee), gym, spa, concierge services, free transportation on an Audi E-tron car (first come first served basis, within a 3-mile radius from the hotel, drop off only)
